The StaffDNA Cure Bowl is one of Orlando’s most meaningful postseason events, bringing together college-football fans from across the country to celebrate excitement with a purpose. Whether you're reuniting with friends, bringing the family, or traveling in for the matchup, planning ahead helps you make the most of your day in The City Beautiful.

This guide will walk you through everything you need to know including parking lot opening times, gate openings and important post-game information so you can arrive prepared, avoid the hassle and enjoy every moment of the StaffDNA Cure Bowl experience, all while supporting the fight against cancer.

Fans are encouraged to download their tickets before arriving at the stadium.

Screenshots are not valid for entry. Guests with screenshots will be serviced at the north box office where they will be advised to contact the original ticket owner to log in and render the live ticket to the end user. If this cannot be accomplished, guest will be denied entry.

Prohibited Items

To ensure the safest environment possible, the City of Orlando and Camping World Stadium prohibit the following items inside the stadium. Please check event-specific guides for any additional prohibited items.

  • Air horns
  • Backpacks
  • Bottles
  • Cameras with detachable lenses and/or lenses 3 in. or longer
  • Cans
  • Carts
  • Coolers
  • Cycles
  • Drones
  • Fireworks

  • Seat cushions that have pockets, zippers, compartments or covers are not permitted. Seat cushions that have rigid frames are not permitted. Soft, flexible seat cushions without pockets may be carried into the stadium.

Clear Bag Policy

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite guest entry to Camping World Stadium, a ‘clear bag’ policy will be implemented. This policy limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the stadium.

We highly discourage patrons from bringing any type of bags and have outlined the types of permissible bags.

Guests may bring the following style and size bags inside the stadium:

  • Bag styles: clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 14″ x 14″ x 6”
  •     
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  •     
  • Small clutch bags not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5" may be taken inside the stadium.

Exceptions include medically-necessary items and parent bags. All items are subject to security search guidelines.

Mobile Ticketing

How do I use Mobile Entry tickets?

When your event is Mobile only, or you selected Mobile Entry at checkout, you’ll only be able to access your tickets on your phone. Tickets can’t be printed from your account emailed to you.

How do I find and use my tickets?

Download the Ticketmaster app to use your mobile tickets. 

To use your mobile tickets for event entry, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Ticketmaster App.
  2. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
  3. Tap My Events and find your order.
  4. Tap View Tickets to access your tickets. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand — even without internet connection.
  5. Present your tickets to get scanned for entry.

How do I access mobile entry tickets if I lose internet access?

We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet before leaving for your event to ensure that you can access them at the venue. Apple users can find more information in How do I add tickets to Apple Wallet? and Android users can view How do I use Google Wallet for event entry? for more information.

I live outside of the listed countries. How do I access my mobile tickets for an event in those countries?

If you're unable to access our app, use your mobile web browser to add your tickets to your mobile wallet.

 

Gate Entry

PLEASE NOTE: Camping World Stadium is implementing additional procedures to ensure guest safety, including designated entry points. It is recommended guests enter through the gate specified on their ticket.

  • Gate D (FunSpot):  SW corner of stadium off Tampa Avenue near Tinker Field and Parking Lots D and E
