                                Camping World Kickoff Event Guide

Event Timeline

  • RV parking open at 8 a.m.
  • All parking lots open at 10 a.m.
  • Shuttle starts at 12 p.m.
  • Box office opens at 2 p.m.
  • Fanfest on Tinker Field starts at 2 p.m. 
  • Gates open at 5 p.m.
  • Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

Fanfest

Five hours prior to kickoff fans can enjoy interactive games, live music, zip-lining and more on Tinker Field. Admission is FREE, but a game ticket is required for admittance. A wide selection of food and beverages will be available for purchase from local vendors. Please note that security screening and the clear bag policy will be in effect for the fanfest area.

Parking

At this time, on-site parking is SOLD OUT. Parking is still available around Downtown Orlando with a free shuttle to and from the stadium. Fans are also encouraged to take advantage of the many alternative transportation options available to arrive at the stadium (See "Shuttle, Taxi, and RideShare" below).

  • If you already have reserved parking for the game, please note:
    • Parking lots open at 10 a.m. on the day of the game
    • Two-Day RV parking opens at 8 a.m. on Fri, Aug 23 (See RV policies below)
    • Stadium on-site parking closes to standard vehicles 1 hour after the game ends.

Parking/Tailgating Policies

Tailgating allowed in all Camping World Stadium lots except Jones High School.

PARKING LOT POLICIES AND REGULATIONS

  • All vehicles that enter Camping World Stadium parking lots are subject to search
  • Please follow the directions on the message boards that surround roads leading to the stadium for reserved, general or disabled lots
  • In the event of severe weather, some lot entrances may be temporarily closed and you will be asked to remain in your vehicle until further notice
  • Saving parking spaces is not permitted
  • Overnight parking is prohibited
  • Kegs are prohibited
  • Loudspeakers are prohibited (unless permitted by the City of Orlando through the Orlando Police Department
  • Infringing on another guest’s tailgating area is prohibited
  • Political campaigning, picketing, or distributing handbills/pamphlets is prohibited
  • Sampling or distributing of items by unauthorized individuals is prohibited
  • Unauthorized solicitation of any kind is prohibited
  • Unlawful weapons and fireworks are not permitted in the parking lots
  • Fans that participate in disorderly conduct, including profanity, will be ejected
  • No tents over 10'×10' without prior written approval
  • Tents 10'x10' or smaller must be behind the parked vehicle
  • All patrons must pay the proper parking fee or present a parking pass in the stadium parking lots. The pass must remain prominently displayed in the vehicle
  • Parking passes are not valid for re-entries into the stadium’s parking lots
  • Refunds or rain checks will not be given

RV Policies

RV Parking is currently SOLD OUT. Additional RV parking may be available at the Central Florida Fairgrounds. Call 407-295-3247 for more information. 

Friday, Aug 23

  • 8 a.m. - Two-Day Lot 6 RV Parking Opens; Check-in Begins     

Saturday, Aug 24

  • 8 a.m. - One-Day Lot 6 RV Parking Opens; Check-in Begins      

Sunday, Sep 25

  • 12 p.m. - All RVs and Tows must be off stadium property.

* Any vehicles that arrive after hours will NOT be granted access or re-entry

RV Parking Policies

  • If you plan on towing ANYTHING to the parking lot behind your vehicle (this includes BBQ Cooker/Smoker, Trailer, Standard Size Automobile or boat) you will be REQUIRED to present an additional pass for the item being towed. Any vehicles arriving to the parking lot on event day without the proper parking permits in hand WILL NOT be admitted to the parking lot. (this excludes guests who have purchased and RV + Tow Permit)
  • On event day, please arrive with all food, beverage, and supplies needed for the day because of the no in/out policy.
  • There no RV hookups, electrical, or plumbing available at in Camping World Stadium parking lots. Port-o-lets will be available in each lot.
  • Charcoal Cooking – Fires are not to be left unattended. Do not place hot grills under your vehicle.
  • Generators are permitted. Generator smoke must not be directed to neighboring RVs.
  • Fire extinguishing material is required when grilling.
  • No reserving of parking spaces. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • No empty stalls between cars.
  • No glass containers or glass bottles.
  • You must provide your own trash bags.
  • Loudspeakers are prohibited (unless permitted by the City of Orlando through the Orlando Police Department.

  • Fans that participate in disorderly conduct, including profanity, will be ejected

Shuttle, Taxi, and RideShare

Shuttle:

The City of Orlando will offer FREE shuttle service on game day. Click here for the shuttle map.

  • Pick Up/ Drop Off Location:
    • Central Ave. between Terry Ave. and Division Ave.
  • Stadium Drop Off Location:
    • Nashville Ave at Church St. (~500ft. from stadium)
  • Time: Shuttle buses will run to and from the stadium from 12 p.m. until 1 hour after the game.

Clear Bag Policy

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite patron entry to Camping World Stadium, a ‘clear bag’ policy will be implemented. This policy limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the stadium.

We strongly encourage patrons to not bring any type of bags, but have outlined which types of bags are permissible.

Patrons will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12.”
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Purses larger than a clutch bag
  • Coolers
  • Briefcases
  • Backpacks
  • Fanny packs
  • Cinch bags
  • Luggage of any kind
  • Computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size

Patrons will continue to be able to enjoy their tailgate activities in the parking lots and to do so with greater safety and the knowledge that their entry into the stadium will be smoother and faster. They also will continue to be able to carry items allowed into the stadium, such as binoculars, cameras, and smart phones.

Prohibited Items & Regulations

To ensure the safest environment possible, the City of Orlando and Camping World Stadium prohibit the following items from being brought through the gates of the stadium:

  • Air horns
  • Backpacks
  • Bottles
  • Cameras
  • Cans
  • Carts
  • Coolers
  • Cycles
  • Drones
  • Fireworks
  • Footballs
  • Hard containers 
  • Helmets
  • Illegal drugs
  • iPads
  • Laptops
  • Large backpacks
  • Laser pointers
  • Masks
  • Megaphones 
  • Outside food & beverage
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Poles longer than 12"
  • Seat cushions that have pockets, zippers, compartments or covers are not permitted. Seat cushions that have rigid frames are not permitted. Soft, flexible seat cushions without pockets may be carried into the stadium.
  • Selfie-Sticks 
  • Signs with indecent or derogatory comments/images, political statements, and commercial references
  • Signs larger than 11" x 17" 
  • Skates
  • Skateboards
  • Tablets
  • Unauthorized solicitation, handbills, giveaways, or sampling
  • Umbrellas
  • Video or audio recorders

NOTE: Prohibited items and items determined inappropriate for entry into the stadium will be the responsibility of the ticketholder and cannot be accepted or checked by the Camping World Stadium or the Orlando Police Department. We urge spectators to secure these items in vehicles or their hotel rooms. Camping World Stadium and the Orlando Police Department will not store prohibited or excluded items for spectators and retain no liability. 

STADIUM TICKETHOLDER POLICY

The Camping World Stadium is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and parking lots. The following is a list of behaviors that will not be tolerated:

  • Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures
  • Intoxication or signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption or drug use
  • Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
  • Distributing handbills, pamphlets, etc., unless authorized by stadium management and the licensee renting the facility
  • Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat
  • Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting
  • Obscene or indecent clothing
  • Disruption to the progress of the event by a guest’s actions, including throwing or kicking objects
  • Behavior which otherwise interferes with other guests’ enjoyment
  • Smoking* except in designated locations (*This policy applies to electronic and smokeless cigarettes) and spitting tobacco
  • Entering the stadium with unlawful weapons of any kind (except those required by Florida Law) See Camping Wolrd Stadium’s List of Prohibited Items
  • Standing on chair seats or stepping over chair backs
  • Standing or sitting in walkways, aisles or ramps
  • Placing cups on the wall
  • Failing to follow event staff instructions
  • Re-entering the stadium

Seat Cushions

Seat cushions that have rigid frames, pockets, zippers, compartments or covers are not permitted. Soft, flexible seat cushions without pockets may be carried into the stadium.

Water Fountains

Water fountains are available at the following locations:

Field Level - Section 106, 110, 113, 129, 132, 136 
Plaza Level - Section P01, P15, P20, P23, P29, P39 

Please note that bottles and glass are not permitted to be brought inside the stadium except for medical necessity.

Disabled parking in all stadium lots is currently sold out on Saturday, August 24. For your convenience, please see the below alternatives for arriving at the stadium. 

  • Take advantage of a Rideshare service, such as Uber or Lyft, to avoid the need for parking and get dropped off near the stadium gates.
  • Park in an ADA spot at the HD Supply garage (in Downtown Orlando) and take the free, ADA accessible, shuttle (on Central Avenue, between Division Avenue and Terry Avenue) over to the stadium. A courtesy cart can pick you up from the drop off location and take you to the gates. Speak with any stadium employee to call a cart. Shuttle details (map and times) are listed on the "Shuttle, Taxi and RideShare Tab"

Strollers

Strollers are permitted into the stadium but must be checked into guest services near Gate A (north box office).

Lost & Found

SUBMIT A LOST AND FOUND REQUEST

Lost and Found is located at the Camping World Stadium guest services booth located near Gate A until 1 hour after the event ends. Afterwards, items will be moved to the security office near the south loading dock. Please call 407-440-5740 for more information.
